i cannot fully picture the exact product fast enough from the hero, and the main button still is not literal enough. Make the top of the page brutally concrete, then show one real output example right there ABOVE the fold - replace the headline with a literal promise, something like: Upload your notes or textbook, get taught, quizzed, and reviewed until it sticks - change 'Be my Tutor' to a clear next step, like Start studying free or Upload notes free - put one unmistakable example above the fold: study material in, explanation plus flashcards plus next review out - tighten the switch reason vs ChatGPT and Quizlet into one line, instead of listing every feature - add founder credibility or one verifiable student result near the hero, the current testimonial wall feels too easy to fake
