I would pick one buyer in the hero, likely municipalities or front-desk heavy teams, then make the promise painfully specific for them. - tighten the headline into a literal buyer-specific outcome, not a broad chatbot claim - keep one primary CTA in the hero, either Start 14-Day Trial or Get a demo - simplify the use cases section, right now customer support, city services, and internal docs feel like three different products - explain pricing in plain language, especially what credits mean and why someone should choose each plan - avoid saying the same thing twice in here section, example: right now you say "Give people instant answers in seconds to their most common questions" - in seconds is the same as instant, for example: remove "in seconds". - fix this awkward gap in the page that leaves hero stranded with no under the fold content in sight (line break and some spacing is fine, this is too much and looks off)
