Photographer & dev, 20 years self-employed. On paper I've made it, in this market I'm at zero. Digital nomad since 2010 (never told my clients), own servers since 2002. Plenty already runs in production: QR server, full customer system, every process automated, rebuilt with AI after my admin vanished. But it only serves clients or me, never shipped as my own product. Yet. Captain Strongbow's goal: by 1 Jan 2027, out-earn the agency. Three kids, no team. Let's sail.
