Hey, it's missing a launch post for this mission to be validated captain 🫡

Hey again, the URL to provide for the launch should be a public post, like a tweet or a product hunt post to show you've shared your app publicly :)

hey, this is a real product and the niche is strong, but I still have to reject on conversion clarity.
- the main issue is the first screen makes me think a bit too hard about what to do first: upload a file, try a sample, or buy cleanup
- simplify the language in the hero. terms like EUDR-ready packs, buyer brief, and importer pilot triage are clear to you, but not instantly clear to a cold visitor
- pick one primary CTA for the hero. i'd probably make it Upload a farm file for free, then present paid cleanup after the diagnosis
- add stronger trust for a compliance product: a real sample output, a customer quote, or a short founder credibility block would help a lot
this feels close. the core offer is good, it just needs a more literal first screen and a cleaner path to purchase.

for a paid EUDR cleanup product, I still do not see enough proof that this output is reliable enough to use in a real buyer or importer workflow, many samples show no issues so its hard to even know what the product is doing
- put a real anonymized before-and-after near the hero, messy file in, issue list, cleaned pack out - ONE CLEAR example and less noise below (remove anything that isnt ADDING clarity)
- add founder credibility or customer proof right under the CTA, even 1 quote, 1 company, or why you are credible in EUDR data cleanup (proof/badge?)
The clarity is much better now. This feels close, but for compliance, proof has to carry more weight.

TraceReady still does not give me enough real-world proof to trust a paid compliance cleanup workflow, and that is the sale. The top fix is to replace the fictional proof with one real anonymized case, messy file in, exact issues found, cleaned pack out, plus one buyer, importer, or exporter quote if you have it.
- keep the headline, it is much clearer now
- swap the generic founder bio for specific credibility in EUDR data cleanup or buyer handoff workflows (i would not label this "Founder proof" either)
- reduce the extra proof boxes and disclaimers in the hero, one real trust asset is stronger than several explanations (too much text atm)
- if you have zero customers yet, use one deeply documented real pilot example and show exactly what changed
best of luck,
jack
